Ever wonder why you have trained your last three bosses?  Maybe you are too valuable to promote or maybe your office screams caretaker instead of visionary. 

This session addresses self sabotaging behaviors by introducing you to our "co-workers."   You  may recognize them by their names or habits.

As you find yourself laughing at the names and the embodiments of our "co-workers" you will learn what you can do to prevent falling into the same habits.  If you are already guilty of these behaviors you will learn what you can do to "Stop that!" and rebuild your career credibility.
